理髪外科医にルーツを辿る大野は、江戸の「浮世床」に始まり今に至るまで様々な道具を介して、日本ならではの細やかな手の技術の伝統を継承しつつ、時代の空気や、道具の進歩に触れながら「心の技術」･「技術の心」を磨き、全ての道の元標となる日本橋から”ヘア＆ビューティ”の世界を発信して参ります。“髪”と“艶”は、これからの大野の表現です。
Edo Tōkyō mirai
Hair Salon Ono can trace its roots back to the hairdressing surgeons of the early modern shops of Edo (former name of Tokyo) that tied men’s hair. While introducing haircutting tools and utensils and inheriting the delicate manual techniques unique to Japan, salon personnel have continually refined their skills and commitment, while staying in touch with the times and advances in hairdressing equipment. From Nihonbashi, the starting place for the historical highways radiating out from the capital, we will share the desire of the hair and beauty industry to help people look their best. The kanji characters on the noren, “hair” and “luster” express Ono’s commitment to perfection.
