As the Chuo Office property manager, the buildings of Nihonbashi shown prominently in the Mitsui family crest express our strong spirit of commitment to not be bound by existing frameworks. The three layers at the foot of the buildings represent our business of collaborating with stakeholders in operating and managing a diverse range of buildings. Going forward, the personnel of the Chuo Office will continue to work while safeguarding the traditions of Nihonbashi.

Mitsui Fudosan Building Management was established as an office building management company within the Mitsui Fudosan Group. Since then, the company has expanded its business domain in anticipation of the changing needs of the times and a diversifying customer base. The Chuo Office is in charge of the Nihonbashi Mitsui Tower, Mitsui Honkan, and Muromachi Higashi Mitsui Building (Coredo Muromachi 1) located in the Muromachi area of Nihonbashi. On a daily basis, the company strives to provide people with comfortable building environments.
