ほっと安心する優しさを、『だしいなり』を頬張り、微笑むお狐さんで表現しました。これは、海木のロゴマークであり、「全てはお客様に“にんまり” と喜んで頂くことのため」という、根幹の言葉から着想を得たものです。両脇には、お米とお揚をモチーフにした紋を。稲荷寿司のメッカ日本橋で、微笑みのご縁がたくさん結ばれますようにと、願いをデザインに込めています。

Make you smile.

We expressed the tenderness that brings relief and peace of mind using the smiling face of a fox with a mouth filled with delicious Dashi inari (deep-fried tofu pockets filled with sushi rice). The logo of Kaiboku is based on the concept of “doing everything to make customers happy and putting a smile of satisfaction on their faces.” Each side has a crest motif representing rice and thin deep-fried slices of tofu. The design incorporates our desire to put smiles on the faces of the people of Nihonbashi, the mecca of inari sushi.

With a long history of preparing Japanese cuisine, Kaiboku has perfected the art of creating scrumptious inarizushi, leaving the customer assuredly satisfied and content. Our Dashi inari overflows with the flavors and goodness of dashi (Japanese soup stock made from fish and kelp) and is second to none. It is only natural that we use the finest ingredients and put time and effort into preparing discerning creations.
In order to put smiles on the faces of customers, we put all the skills and techniques we have cultivated into our work while refining our processes each day.
