軌跡
1963年、首都高が日本橋川上空に開通しました。しかし老朽化が進行していたり景観に与える影響などから高速道路を地下に通す声が多く上がっています。橋の上に高速道路がかかっている現在の日本橋の景色は江戸時代から続く、日本橋の歴史の1ページであると解釈しました。 首都高を走っている車の光跡が日本橋の空を照らしている世界を作品として残したいと思い、制作しました。

In 1963, the Metropolitan Expressway opened above the Nihonbashi River. Recently, however, dissenting voices have been raised to claim the expressway should be rebuilt underground because it’s deteriorating and spoiling the landscape. I consider the current townscape of Nihonbashi with the expressway above the bridge as a part of its history since the Edo period. I created this artwork to remember the view of Nihonbashi where the skies are illuminated by the car lights from the Expressway.

秋田県出身。秋田公立美術工芸短期大学（現：秋田公立美術大学）と京都造形芸術大学でグラフィックデザインとイラストレーションを主に学ぶ。 卒業後はグラフィックデザイナー、webデザイナーとして様々な企業で勤務。 企業や地域が抱えている課題をデザインの力で解決できるアートディレクターを目指し、日々勉強中。
Born in Akita, she studied graphic design and illustration at Akita University of Art and Kyoto University of Art and Design. After graduating from university, she worked for various companies as a graphic and Web designer. She studies hard every day to become an art director who can resolve corporate and community issues through design.
