ALL for the Region
As a part of the Hokuhoku Financial Group, Hokuriku Bank wishes to contribute to customers and local communities while continue to grow with the region by providing appropriate services. This objective is incorporated into the design of this Noren, which features “Ichimatsu Moyou”, a checked pattern that has been a symbol of “prosperity” since ancient times in Japan.

Founded in 1877
The Hokuriku Bank has its origins as the Kanazawa 12th National Bank, which was established in August, 1877, with the House of Kaga-Maeda providing 70% of the capital. Since its founding, the bank has worked hand-in-hand with customers in the region, and grown into a bank with a wide branch network covering Hokuriku, Hokkaido, as well as Japan’s three major metropolitan areas.
