ガラス屋 タナチョー
株式会社タナチョーは長崎が発祥の地です。1894年創業しました。当初の「田中商店」から法人化して「合名会社田中長一商店」となりました、その後、縁あって昭和初旬から日本橋で仕事を続けさせていただき現在の「株式会社タナチョー」があります。 そんな今昔をのれんに表させていただいております。のれんをくぐることで当時の明治時代から現在令和にタイムトリップ気分を味わっていただけると幸いです。

Tanacho & Co. Ltd. was founded in Nagasaki in 1894. The company started as Tanaka Shoten before incorporating as an unlimited partnership, Tanaka Choichi Shoten. Later, at the beginning of the Showa era, the company began to offer its services in Nihonbashi, where it continues to operate today as Tanacho & Co. Ltd. We wanted to express this sentiment, our past and present, on our noren. As you pass through our noren, we hope you will experience the transition from the Meiji period (1868–1912) to the Reiwa era (2019-) of today.

創業当初タナチョーは畳、建具屋として商売を始めました。長崎という土地柄もありガラスも取り扱うようになり、現在の生業の礎が築かれました。今当社は、建設用窓ガラスおよび建材の専門卸および工事業者として、一般住宅から大型ビルまでなんでもお手伝いさせていただいております。日本橋に本社をおいて、地元のご協力を得ながら今後とも地震に強く、環境にやさしい街づくりおよび住環境を提供する仕事を続けていく所存でございます。

Tanacho & Co., Ltd., started as a tatami mat and cabinet maker. The company then started to handle glass, a product associated with Nagasaki, the place of the company’s founding, thus laying the cornerstone for its current business. The company is now a construction contractor and specialized wholesaler of construction materials and glass, aiding in the construction of a wide range of buildings from homes to large-scale complexes. Headquartered in Nihonbashi, Tanacho & Co., Ltd., provides earthquake resistant and environmentally friendly urban planning and living environments in cooperation with local communities.
